The project titled: “Creating Future Together – Together We Create the Future” is co-financed by Państwowy Funduszu Rehabilitacji Osób Niepełnosprawnych and is implemented by the V4SPORT Foundation and Stowarzyszenie Osób Wspierających Aktywność Jesteśmy dla Was.
SUPPORT SCHEDULE:
Three events will be conducted as part of the project implementation.
- MOVE Week Poland 2024 – European Week of Movement (27.05.2024 – 2.06.2024).
This event is an integral part of the NowWeMove campaign implemented by the International Sport and Culture Association. The goal of the European Week of Movement is to promote the benefits of an active lifestyle and regular sports and physical activity. Throughout the week, sports events are held across Europe and in several countries around the world, with the main goal of promoting various forms of movement and healthy lifestyles. European Movement Week 2024 in Poland, will mainly target children with disabilities who attend kindergartens and grades I-III of elementary school.
- European School Sports Day (September 27, 2024).
On September 27, 2024, Polish schools and kindergartens will once again have a unique schedule for the day – the Movement Lesson Plan. Grades I-III and kindergartners will take part in educational and movement games in their classrooms. The morning start will stimulate brains to work, while math and Polish in motion will convince children, teachers and parents that it is not at all necessary to sit to learn.
- International Day of Persons with Disabilities (December 6, 2024).
The event has been scheduled for 6.12.2024.The choice of this date is not accidental – three days earlier the International Day of Persons with Disabilities will be celebrated, which aims to highlight the importance of integration and support for children with disabilities. It is also Santa Claus, a day especially important for children. We want to use this occasion to create an atmosphere of joy, fun and magic.

January 1, 2024.- December 31, 2024.
AMOUNT OF FUNDING BY PFRON: PLN 845,457.90
PROJECT AMOUNT: PLN 939,397.90
PROJECT BENEFICIARIES: The project is aimed at children with various disabilities from grades I-III and kindergartens.
TERRITORIAL SCOPE: Nationwide project.
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROJECT: Recruitment to the project (for each event) will be done by sending an application. Establishments, as well as individuals, will be able to sign up for participation in the project by registering through a dedicated form.
